This proclamation was received on September 18, 2024 for exemplary service and my achievements. I write articles for the magazine of the Greenburgh Sheen Journalism Program. I was featured in the Alexander Hamilton High School website and newsletter for sponsoring a holiday food drive resulting in 288 pounds of food, providing 240 meals for local. Westchester families. I was also a recipient of the first ever Youth Legacy Award 2024 given by the Westchester Black Women’s Political Caucus (WBWPC).

It means a lot to know that my efforts which seemed so small has reached your office. An extra special thanks also for creating the Youth Advisory Council, which I was a member of. I had the opportunity to learn about how law makers debate and create new laws though my participation in a mock trial event hosted by Senator Cousins in White Plains, New York.
